Arizona shooting suspect jared lee loughner started killing. The shooter needs mental help. 13 people were wounded. There were 150 witnesses. Loughner should be put to death on the death penalty. This all took place in Tucson, Arizona.

I think jared lee loughner should be put on death row because of the actions he took to kill people and try to assassinate congress woman Gabrielle Giffords.
